Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from Charlotte via the USPS and should be in your mailbox within a few short days of your order. If you are in a hurry you can run by our offices and pick it up the same day if you’d like. We’re at:

Returns & Replacements
We will gladly exchange any gift card within 30 days of purchase, under the following conditions:
- The business closes unexpectedly. If a business shuts down while you are holding a valid (not expired) gift certificate, during the first 30 days after purchase, we can exchange your certificate for another or equal value.
- The business refuses to honor the certificate. If we can confirm that a business is refusing Halfville gift certificates for some reason, and we are unable to resolve the misunderstanding, we will exchange your certificate for one of equal value.
- If we screw up! Hey were people too, and occasionally we put the wrong certificate in the wrong envelop. We’ll fix it, don’t worry.
